Blundy Brother’s Park (Stage 10 Park)
Blundy Brother’s Park earthworks, drainage, water and electrical services have now been completed. The Civil crew are now turning their attention to undertaking the preparation works required for the footpath areas enabling the concreter to begin on pouring concrete towards the end of month.
As part of the landscaping of the park, a Hillview granite grey stone wall will feature, which is due to commence this month as the footings for the stone wall have now been poured and completed.
In addition, your new playground area has been pegged and marked out to allow for the play equipment installer to come in and complete the installation of the equipment, which is currently
undergoing its final touches in fabrication before being dispatched for installation on site.
As we work towards getting the park elements come together, the landscaper is anticipated to come and start on the soft landscaping elements and begin on the footings to allow for the shelter to be installed in March.
Stage 22 Park
Stage 22 Park has now seen all of it’s earthworks and drainage installation complete. The feature Hillview granite stone wall, also featuring in this park has been finished by our dedicated
stonemason, allowing the next phase of the hardscape works to proceed.
The footpath that links around the park, connecting the community to the main shelter area, has been prepared, and is ready to be poured this month.
The play equipment has been fabricated and now finishing installation onsite.
As the park progresses and all the elements start to come together, the landscape contractor will be mobilising to site preparing to undertake the soft landscaping of the park and the installation of park bollards and the shelter.
